Return & Exchange Conditions

  • You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in brand new, unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.

  • Customized items, promotional products, used, damaged, or altered items are non-returnable.

  • If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other reasons, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned product is inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for refund processing after we receive your returned package.

Order Cancellation
